  • The Ruth's House Vision is to secure a 'safe house' in Beaufort County for vicitms of domestic Violence. To provide related education, counseling and court advocacy. We are developing a network of broad community support, partnering with churches, governmental, social services agencies and the Pitt County Center for the Prevention of Domestic Violence.
